Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical proficiency. Oversee the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory management, procurement, and cost control. Coordinate closely with production management to schedule maintenance activities, minimize disruptions, and support operational goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes, tools, and equipment performance. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field. Proven proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and reporting. Strong technical expertise in industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including budgeting, project management, and staff development. Solid understanding of safety regulations, predictive/preventive maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement methodologies. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency with advanced CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for predictive maintenance and data analysis. Certifications or proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Experience managing capital improvement projects, including budget and timeline oversight. Familiarity with industrial automation, PLC programming, or SCADA systems.
