Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage procurement and sourcing activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management. Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts. Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods. Collaborate with production planning to ensure material availability and synchronize supply with manufacturing schedules. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, supplier, and logistics disruptions. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software. Proven expertise in inventory management, logistics, procurement, and supplier relationship management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
