Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions. Monitor key process performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and process flow diagrams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality, R&D) to achieve operational goals. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations within manufacturing operations. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Proven experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of process control systems, P&IDs, and statistical process control (SPC). Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
