Key Responsibilities Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, deviations, and bottlenecks on the production floor. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and PFDs. Support new product introductions by scaling processes from pilot to full-scale manufacturing. Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with process simulation software, data analysis tools, and CAD. Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
