Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost. Design, develop, and implement new or modified production processes. Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and P&IDs. Lead root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective and preventative actions. Ensure all processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives and new product introductions. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in process optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis. Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
