Key Responsibilities Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and PFDs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field. 3+ years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools. Ability to create and interpret process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and other engineering documentation.
