Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues and production bottlenecks to minimize downtime. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment from concept to production. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process specifications. Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct data analysis to identify trends and root causes of deviations. Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and R&D to achieve operational goals. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of process design principles, P&ID, PFD, and mass/energy balances. Proficiency in process optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis (RCA). Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
