Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Control the plant budget, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and financial performance improvement. Ensure strict adherence to quality control systems, safety protocols, and environmental regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to enhance processes and reduce waste. Manage and optimize the utilization of production equipment, raw materials, and human resources. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing plant operations management. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on talent development. Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Proficiency in managing plant budgets, P&L, and financial performance. Excellent understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment. Solid technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
