The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Zeeland seeking Process Engineers who want more than a lateral move. Key Responsibilities Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Troubleshoot process deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Analyze process data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and P&IDs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products and processes into production. Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 3+ years of experience in process optimization and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in process control systems (DCS/PLC) and statistical process control (SPC). Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable process improvements. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Excellent communication and project management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
