Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production goals and business objectives. Manage plant budget, optimize costs, and ensure financial targets are met. Lead, mentor, and develop plant personnel, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Manage maintenance and reliability of plant equipment and infrastructure. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, including P&L responsibility. Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to foster a strong safety culture and ensure high-quality standards. Experience in leading, developing, and mentoring a diverse team. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. MBA or advanced degree in a relevant engineering or business field. Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation. Fluency in a second language relevant to the company's global operations or workforce. Proven experience in new plant start-ups or major capital expansion projects.
