Key Responsibilities Direct and optimize daily plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards. Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field. 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, including P&L responsibility. Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams in a high-volume production environment. Strong understanding and commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
