Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost. Design, implement, and validate process improvements and new equipment installations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex process-related production issues and deviations. Conduct process capability studies, root cause analysis, and statistical process control (SPC). Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, PFDs, and training materials. Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless process integration and performance. Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. 3+ years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in process data analysis, statistical tools, and relevant software (e.g., CAD, simulation, MES). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex manufacturing processes.
