Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and tracking payments. Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger account reconciliations. Process payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and tax withholdings. Assist with inventory costing, tracking, and reconciliation for raw materials and finished goods. Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Support month-end and year-end close procedures. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing. Experience with inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS) principles in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to perform accurate bank and account reconciliations. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping.
