Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Develop and manage the plant budget and P&L, focusing on cost control and operational efficiency. Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Implement and maintain quality control programs to ensure products meet required specifications and customer expectations. Lead, mentor, and manage plant personnel, including hiring, training, performance management, and development. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to optimize productivity and reduce waste. Strategize and plan plant capacity, resource allocation, and production schedules to meet demand. Recommended Qualifications 7+ years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing plant. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage budgets, and achieve production targets. Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and quality management systems.
