Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices for raw materials and operational costs. Process accounts receivable, including invoicing customers for manufactured goods and following up on outstanding payments. Perform bank and and credit card reconciliations accurately and promptly. Maintain the general ledger, posting journal entries and ensuring proper classification of manufacturing-related transactions. Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings for factory and office staff. Support inventory management by tracking costs of goods sold and raw material expenditures. Prepare basic financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets for management review. Recommended Qualifications Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. Proven experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP Business One, Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, and tracking of raw materials and finished goods. Strong reconciliation skills for bank accounts, vendor statements, and intercompany transactions.
