Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing operations. Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis for production. Establish and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations. Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions. Coordinate and manage all external audit activities. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a significant portion in a manufacturing environment. Expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting specific to manufacturing operations. Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proven ability to lead month-end close processes, implement internal controls, and drive financial analysis for operational improvements. Bonus Qualifications Experience with ERP system implementation, optimization, or migration in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement. Proficiency with advanced data analytics and business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience managing financial operations across multiple manufacturing sites or international locations.
