Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics. Program, configure, and debug Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and motion control systems. Conduct testing, commissioning, and validation of new and modified automation equipment and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in existing automated production lines and machinery to minimize downtime. Optimize automation systems for improved efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost reduction. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including electrical schematics, software specifications, and operating procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality) to integrate automation solutions effectively. Ensure all automation projects and systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI development. Experience with industrial robotics, vision systems, and motion control. Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and SCADA/MES integration. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex automation systems. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB). Proficiency in industrial vision systems for quality control and guidance (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
