Key Responsibilities Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management. Oversee inventory control and management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs. Direct logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, for timely material flow and product delivery. Lead demand forecasting and production planning activities to align supply with sales and operational requirements. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity and resilience in manufacturing operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain using lean principles and data analysis. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software. Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning. Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
