Perform precise machine adjustments, calibrations, and parameter settings. Conduct first-piece inspections and obtain quality approvals to ensure production readiness. Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues, machine malfunctions, or quality deviations. Document setup procedures, machine settings, and maintenance activities accurately. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using hand and power tools for adjustments and repairs. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC troubleshooting or basic programming. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for interpreting designs or machine programs. Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment. Experience contributing to preventative maintenance programs.
