The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Whitehall seeking Recruiters who want more than a lateral move. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles including production, skilled trades, and engineering. Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, safety consciousness, and fit for a production environment. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact to offer extension and pre-employment checks. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks, to attract top talent. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades roles. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and common roles (e.g., production, engineering, quality, maintenance). Expertise in sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical and operational positions. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software. Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills, including behavioral and technical screening.
