Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians. Oversee daily quality control activities and inspection processes on the production floor. Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, standards, and work instructions. Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with internal quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant industry regulations. Conduct training for production and quality personnel on quality standards and inspection techniques. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis). Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve quality issues effectively. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. ASQ certification (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor). Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP). Experience with specific industry regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, AS9100, IATF 16949). Previous experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace).
