Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis). Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality technicians or inspectors. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
