Manage, train, and mentor quality inspection staff. Investigate non-conformances, root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Develop, implement, and enforce quality procedures and work instructions. Ensure products and processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Analyze quality data, identify trends, and prepare performance reports. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives for quality systems. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Strong understanding and practical experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and 8D problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality professionals. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles; certification is a plus. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience conducting internal or external quality system audits (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP). Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).
