Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards. Manage all quality control processes, including inspections, testing, and data analysis. Ensure products and processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications. Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances. Oversee internal and external audits, including ISO certification and customer audits. Manage supplier quality programs and incoming material inspection processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and their implementation. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis). Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
