Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Lead and manage internal, customer, and third-party audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings. Drive root cause analysis and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints. Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs), reporting regularly on quality performance to leadership. Oversee all inspection and testing activities to ensure product and process adherence to specifications and quality standards. Manage supplier quality performance through audits, evaluations, and collaborative improvement initiatives. Champion continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field. 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma). Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bonus Qualifications Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485). Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP). Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
