Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances, driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools for process monitoring and improvement. Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into product design and manufacturing processes. Investigate customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of preventive measures. Manage measurement system analysis (MSA) and calibration programs for production equipment. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing) or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D). Strong understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949). Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data-driven problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
