Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process, including root cause analysis and verification of effectiveness. Oversee internal and external audit programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Monitor key quality metrics, analyze data, and report on quality performance to management. Ensure all manufactured products meet defined quality standards and customer requirements. Manage and develop the quality assurance team, providing training and performance feedback. Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including leadership roles. Extensive knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 (or similar QMS standards) implementation and auditing. Proven proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP). Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485). Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives and cultural change. Strong background in supplier quality management and development.
