Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes. Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor manufacturing processes using statistical process control (SPC) to ensure product quality. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Manage supplier quality by conducting audits, evaluating performance, and resolving material discrepancies. Support the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards. Analyze quality data and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar). Proven experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100). Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques. Experience with statistical analysis and relevant software (e.g., Minitab). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
