Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing training and performance management. Oversee all internal and external quality audits, including customer, supplier, and certification audits. Establish and monitor key quality metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage non-conforming materials and products, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented effectively. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to integrate quality into manufacturing processes and new product development. Ensure products meet all specified quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in quality management within a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing quality teams. Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., SPC, Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis). Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
