Perform root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and process improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and regulatory requirements. Manage and maintain measurement systems, including calibration and Gage R&R studies. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, APQP, SPC, Root Cause Analysis). Strong understanding and experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems. Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods and data analysis for process improvement.
