Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Analyze production data, using statistical methods to monitor and improve product quality and process capability. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality is built into new products and processes. Manage non-conforming materials and coordinate disposition and rework activities. Support supplier quality management by performing audits and monitoring performance. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Proven proficiency with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing principles. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
