Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive purchasing or supply chain management experience within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and vendor relationship management. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools. Demonstrated ability to drive cost reduction and improve supply chain efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools for spend analysis and forecasting. Experience with international sourcing and global logistics management.
