Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures, system malfunctions, and equipment issues. Repair or replace defective parts, components, and manufacturing equipment. Install, calibrate, and test new production machinery and equipment. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Document maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts utilized accurately. Optimize machine performance and suggest improvements for equipment reliability and efficiency. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems. Strong understanding and experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
