Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues affecting production. Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems in a timely manner. Install and commission new production equipment and machinery. Calibrate and adjust machinery for optimal operational performance and product quality. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality standards during operations. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial production machinery. Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams. Demonstrated experience with preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols (e.g., LOTO). Solid troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical and basic electrical faults. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting. Proficiency in welding or fabrication techniques. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Certifications in specialized diagnostic techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging).
