Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems issues. Install, assemble, and commission new manufacturing equipment. Conduct repairs and rebuilds of components such as motors, pumps, and gearboxes. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed. Fabricate and modify machine parts using various tools and techniques. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex equipment failures. Adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
