Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems with production systems. Execute timely repairs, overhauls, and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance. Install, commission, and troubleshoot new industrial machinery and automation. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential equipment failures. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and parts used. Adhere to all safety regulations and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery (e.g., mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems). 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals. Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including LOTO procedures. Relevant technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) diagnostics and troubleshooting. Proficiency in basic welding and fabrication techniques. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
