Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production needs. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Support new product introduction (NPI) from design concept through full-scale production. Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities in manufacturing processes and materials. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a production environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design, analysis, and fixture development. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment. Ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
