Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Design and improve manufacturing layouts, tooling, fixtures, and equipment. Support new product introduction (NPI) from prototype to full production, ensuring manufacturability. Troubleshoot production issues related to processes, equipment, and materials, implementing corrective actions. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and BOMs. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical challenges and drive product improvements. Recommended Qualifications Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, automation, welding). Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA). Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis and problem-solving. Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis. Project management skills for process implementation and optimization.
