Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Design, procure, and validate manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and equipment. Provide daily production support and troubleshooting to resolve manufacturing issues. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, BOMs, and routings. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth production ramp-up. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations or product defects. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process improvement. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design. Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
