Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling and performance evaluations. Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Oversee the repair, troubleshooting, and installation of manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure. Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships. Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and operational uptime. Coordinate closely with production management to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to manufacturing processes. Recommended Qualifications 5-7 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, PLCs, and CMMS. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing maintenance team. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing preventative/predictive maintenance programs and asset reliability strategies. Proficiency in managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships. Bonus Qualifications Experience optimizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Advanced PLC programming and troubleshooting experience. Demonstrated experience in energy management or sustainability initiatives.
