The Opportunity We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Manistee that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in industrial machinery and equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal operation. Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Adhere strictly to all electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Calibrate and adjust electrical components and instrumentation. Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and motor control centers. Recommended Qualifications Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification. Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems (PLCs, motor controls, VFDs). Strong understanding and adherence to NFPA 70E, OSHA regulations, and the National Electrical Code (NEC). Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Proven experience with preventative and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
