Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce development for a diverse manufacturing workforce. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to effectively partner with all levels of an organization. Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analytics to support strategic HR initiatives. Bonus Qualifications Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives. Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse manufacturing workforce. Familiarity with manufacturing-specific safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and workers' compensation processes. Prior experience in a unionized manufacturing environment. Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or a related operational excellence methodology.
