Oversee the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment. Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field. 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment. Deep understanding and practical application of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles. Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception through successful implementation, including budget and schedule adherence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving technical and operational challenges in a production setting.
