Oversee engineering projects from concept to implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, efficiency, and product quality. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise for complex manufacturing challenges. Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to integrate new products and technologies into manufacturing. Develop and manage the engineering department budget and resource allocation. Ensure all manufacturing processes and equipment comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Recommended Qualifications Proven expertise in manufacturing engineering principles, processes, and equipment. Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams in a production environment. Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Extensive experience managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality, R&D). Track record of successfully identifying and resolving complex technical and operational challenges.
