Oracle EPM - Manager

Work Location: Makati City Schedule: Dayshift (Hybrid setup) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems , or related field. 10+ years' experience in Oracle EPM . 5+ full project lifecycles delivered successfully. Proven team leadership and people management capability. Experience in business development and presales engagement. Excellent communication , negotiation, and client‑facing skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively. Responsibilities: Oversee end‑to‑end Oracle EPM project delivery , ensuring on‑time and high‑quality outcomes. Build and maintain strong client partnerships . Lead requirements analysis , solution design, and implementation of Oracle EPM applications. Drive full-cycle Oracle EPM deployments across modules such as Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, PCM, and EDM. Ensure all outputs meet best‑practice standards .
