Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients with property purchases, sales, and leases. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert real estate consultancy, building client relationships, conducting market analysis, showcasing properties, and closing deals. Responsibilities Acquire new listings through consistent cold outreach supported by C&M guidance Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with landlords and investors Design and execute personal lead‑generation campaigns to grow your pipeline Manage client needs and close both rental and sales transactions efficiently What Success Looks Like 1 closed transaction per month within your first 90 days 20+ active listings by month 4 35,000+ AED in monthly commissions by month 7 We Provide Paid marketing campaigns to support your lead flow Flexible working hours SIM card and phone plan Full training, RERA License, and Broker Card (covered by C&M) Visa and health insurance Organic leads from management 25 days of annual leave plus UAE public holidays Qualifications Relentless attitude and strong work ethic Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build your own business
