Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain critical IT and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure to support manufacturing operations. Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of production systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP). Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies for both IT and OT environments. Lead IT projects focused on technology upgrades, system implementations, and process automation within the factory. Provide technical leadership and support to manufacturing teams for production-critical systems. Oversee IT budget, vendor relationships, and service level agreements for hardware, software, and services. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for essential IT and OT systems. Recommended Qualifications Experience managing IT infrastructure and operations within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with manufacturing-specific systems like ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA, and industrial IoT platforms. Demonstrated leadership in IT project management, team supervision, and budget administration. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles relevant to operational technology (OT) and IT convergence. Ability to strategically align IT initiatives with manufacturing business goals to drive efficiency and innovation. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or industrial automation platforms. Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) and IT/OT cybersecurity principles. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with industrial IoT solutions or data analytics for production efficiency.
