Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing). Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., robotics, IIoT, AI/ML). Proficiency with ERP or MES systems in a manufacturing environment. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
