Oversee the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Manage engineering projects from conception through implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Recommended Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in engineering leadership or management roles within a manufacturing environment. Deep technical expertise in manufacturing processes, automation, and product lifecycle management. Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams. Proficiency in project management methodologies with a proven track record of delivering complex manufacturing projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding and application of continuous improvement principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) in a production setting.
