Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure facility compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company standards. Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Manage and deliver EHS training programs for all employees, contractors, and visitors. Oversee hazardous waste management, air emissions, wastewater discharge, and other environmental compliance activities. Lead emergency preparedness planning, drills, and response efforts. Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance metrics and foster a strong safety culture. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 5-7+ years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local EHS regulations specific to manufacturing. Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Professional certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist).
